JASHN-E-GHALIB CELEBRATIONS OF THE GHALIB INSTITUTE WILL BE HELD FROM 22ND TO 24TH DECEMBER-2023 AT AIWAN-E-GHALIB, AIWAN-E-GHALIB MARG, NEW DELHI-110 002

Ghalib Institute, New Delhi is celebrating Jashn-e-Ghalib from 22nd to 24th DECEMBER-2023 at Aiwan-e-Ghalib, Aiwan-e-Ghalib Marg, New Delhi-110 002. The program includes the distribution of the Ghalib Awards 2023, and the inauguration of the International Ghalib Seminar. The topic of the seminar is “GHALIB: MYSTERY OF LIFE AND ANXIETY OF AWARENESS”. Distinguished Hindi Poet and Scholar Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi will inaugurate the International Ghalib Seminar and give away Ghalib Awards-2023 to the eminent Urdu & Persian scholars. Mr. Justice Aftab Alam Retd. Judge, Supreme Court of India will preside over the Seminar. Renowned Hindi Scholar Prof. Apoorvanand will be the Chief Guest on this occasion. Secretary, Ghalib Institute, Prof. Sadiq-ur-Rahman Kidwai will deliver Welcome Address. Prof. Syed Khalid Qadri eminent scholar of Urdu will deliver Key Note Address on this occasion on 22nd December 2023 at 5:30 p.m. This will be followed by Sham-e-Ghazal (Kalam-e-Ghalib) by famous ghazal singer Mr. Amrish Mishra will present Ghalib’s Ghazals on 22nd December 2023 in Ghalib Auditorium.

AALAMI MUSHAIRA will be held on 23rd December 2023. at 6.00 p.m. in Ghalib Auditorium, New Delhi. Renowned Poet and Urdu Scholar Mr. Raies Warsi (USA) will Preside over the Aalami Mushaira, Mr. Amir Mehdi (London) and Dr. Syed Taqi Abedi (Canada) shall be the Chief Guests. and Mushaira will be Compared by Mr. Mansoor Usmani and Mr. Moin Shadab.
